◆ 主要研究内容

1. 动物分类及生物地理研究

主要围绕两栖类和爬行类分类与保护、系统演化、物种形成机制以及生物地理等科学问题，立足于中国中西部地区，宏观与微观结合，开展研究工作。

2. 适应性进化研究

整合基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组、表观基因组乃至单细胞水平的多组学数据，结合生态、生理、等多方面信息，探讨爬行类表型多样性的演变与环境适应的关系，进而探讨特殊表型（如听力、嗅觉、抗毒素、繁殖等）的遗传机制。
