1. 2023-2026，主持西藏自治区科技计划项目（重点研发计划）：西藏温泉蛇生态适应、生存现状和就地保护对策研究。

2. 2019-2024，主持第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究子课题：西天山蛇类动物多样性格局解析。

3. 2019-2020，主持生态环境部中国环境科学研究院：西藏温泉蛇、四川温泉蛇生存现状调查与保护成效评估。

4. 2016-2017，主持安徽省自然保护管理站：全国第二次陆生野生动物资源调查安徽省4种蛇类资源专项调查项目。

5. 2016-2026，主持环保部南京环科所：两栖动物观测（西藏昌都、札达样区）。

6. 2015-2018，主持国家基金面上项目：中华珊瑚蛇属物种多样性和分子系统地理学研。
