◆ 主要研究内容
1)以陆生脊椎动物为研究对象,研究长三角地区生物安全(生物入侵与病原)问题。
2)陆生脊椎动物生物多样性保护。
3)利用宏观生态理论解析微生物群落构建、生物衰老和癌变机制。
4)运用生物标记,构建健康城市群监测。
◆ 主要研究课题
主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、博士后基金、生态环境部事业费项目、地方生物多样性调查类项目、国家重点实验室开放基金、省重点实验室开放基金和研究生质量工程项目。参与科技部基础专项、国家自然科学重点基金和中国科学院重点部署项目。
