研究方向为营养代谢失调致发育相关疾病的分子机制。以代谢调控细胞信号为切入点,探讨代谢酶、代谢物失调在出生缺陷、心血管病等复杂疾病的发病机制。

1. 揭示影响叶酸发挥心脏发育保护效应的代谢机制,为精准补服叶酸提供理论基础
2. 鉴定出系列先心病新的母孕期致病代谢物,阐明其调控细胞信号的分子机理,系统建立中国人群先心病相关的功能代谢物谱
3. 揭示诱发心肌纤维化的代谢因素及其分子机制,为基于代谢干预延缓心脏疾病不良转归指引方向
