本课题组主要围绕植物多倍体进化与生物育种开展研究,具体研究方向为1)植物染色体动粒组装机制解析和人工诱导单倍体;2)植物系统发育和多倍体二倍化进程中基因组适应性;3)基因组组装和重复序列分析软件开发。
