· 1999年在安徽师范大学生物系获学士学位,2002年在安徽师范大学生命科学学院获硕士学位,2007年在中国科学院水生生物研究所获博士学位。

· 2005年至今在安徽师范大学生命科学学院工作,2007年晋升为副教授并增补为硕士生导师,2012年晋升为教授,2015年增补为博士生导师。

· 渔业资源保护与利用:针对长江下游的代表性水域,开展渔业资源的评价、监测、保护和利用等研究;针对长江下游的地方性物种,开展繁殖生态学和高效安全人工繁育和养殖等研究。

· 河流鱼类生态学:在个体层次上,研究河流鱼类的生长、繁殖、摄食和生境利用等生态学特征及其对环境异质性的适应;在群落层次上,综合运用物种和功能多样性、alphabeta多样性等手段,研究河流鱼类群落组成及其多样性的多维时空格局及其对人类活动的响应。

· 入侵生态学:研究入侵鱼类的生物学和生态学特征及其入侵机制;研究入侵鱼类对土著物种的影响及其生态学机制。
